GETTING STARTED

 

We’re excited to partner with you in selling your items! Here’s how it works:

Appointments:

- Wednesdays & Thursdays: 11:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- To schedule, call us at: (856) 433-2600

Luxury Items:

We accept luxury brands like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Prada at any time during store hours or via shipping. 

Preparation Guidelines:

- Clothing should be freshly laundered, hung on hangers, and in ready-to-sell condition.
- Please note that items not meeting these criteria will be subject to a 40/60 split.

Processing Your Consignment:

- When you arrive, we’ll inform you how much time we’ll need to process your consignment—usually around 10-15 minutes.
- You may bring up to 20 items ( +/- to be determined at scheduling)
- We will check each item’s condition to ensure it is suitable for sale; those that are not will be returned to you.

* If you prefer not to wait while we review your items, we will donate anything we cannot accept.

Contract and Itemization:

We will have you read, fill out, and sign our consignment contract during drop off. Within 14 days, you will receive an emailed, itemized list of everything you’ve consigned along with the selling prices.

Please note: If we are unable to consign an item, please understand that it's not personal. Our decision is based on four main criteria: label, condition, age, and current demand.
