Generally all orders ships within 1-2 Business Days, Standard shipping will take approximately 6-9 business days to arrive from the order date.

All domestic packages are shipped with UPS and signature confirmation is required. We ship with USPS for purchases, shipping to PO boxes and military addresses only. Our products are shipped in nondescript packaging.

If you place an order with expedited shipping before 12:00 AM EST, your order will ship the same day; after 12:00 AM EST, your order will ship the following business day.

We review, verify and approve every order. Discrepancies between billing and shipping information may cause a delay. We may contact you, so please provide phone numbers & email address for both billing and shipping.


We are not able to make any changes to the shipping once the tracking number has been created. If you need to upgrade your shipping prior to your order being shipped, please contact Customer Service at (856) 433-2600


All orders are defaulted to ship with Signature Required & Insurance due to the value of our items.

For your convenience, we can ship your order to the nearest UPS Customer Center to be picked up by providing your tracking number and government issued ID.


International shipping will take approximately 7-21 business days depending on your location to arrive from the order date.

We ship internationally with UPS, or we will exceptionally ship with DHL or USPS depending on location.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the Product Value, Weight & Destination. 


We ship our luxury goods worldwide! Please note that all items entering countries outside the US may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance to national laws.

You, as the customer, are solely responsible for import taxes, customs duties and any other applicable fees imposed by the destination country, as well as compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. Please note that all items will be declared at full purchase price and indicated as "used" when shipped outside of the United States. We cannot declare any item as a “gift”.

Delivery delays may occur due to external factors such as customs clearance. Items made of exotic materials cannot be shipped outside the US. No returns can be accepted on international purchases. All shipments are tracked and insured.

Note that our Estimated Transit Times do not include potential delays in clearing customs of the destination country. Please contact your local post office and/or customs office if your package is delayed. 


We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed.
