New Ways to Consign (Buy ~ Sell ~ Trade)
This has certainly been a unique time in history filled with many challenges and changes that we have already adapted to personally and as a business. We are learning and growing every day and thank you for walking this journey with us and staying so closely by our side.
Ever since the lavish loft has been open, we’ve held onto the idea that we are in this together. We've always upheld the integrity of both the customer and consignor and value our partnership. We believe in open communication, fair and honest pricing, consistent monthly payouts and quality merchandise. We work hard because we love what we do.
As we continue to evaluate the “new normal”, we have decided to revise our business model in reference to the way we consign. While we recognize that change can be difficult, we believe these changes will help us to continue to grow as partners in business. We are excited for the future and look forward to the next chapter together.
Beginning with fall Merchandise, you will now have the choice to Buy/Sell, Trade or Consign.
Buy/Sell: You may choose to sell us your designer handbags. Once your handbag is authenticated, we will make you an offer within 72 hours. If you accept the offer, you will be paid via Paypal
Trade: For those who like to shop in store, your payment will be in the form of a store credit for your items.
Consign: 90 Days. We are proud to say 85% of our items sell within the first 35 days. You can reclaim any items over $50 at the end of the consignment period. Items priced under $50 will be donated to our charity of choice. Upon request, you will receive a tax donation slip by picking it up at your convenience.
Some other changes you will notice:
We have altered our hours and employee schedules to be able to adhere to the current social distance guidelines for “people” capacity to allow as many customers to shop with us as possible. Our goal was and still is to focus on customer service, which includes you! Moving forward, we have evaluated the needs of the consumer, and we will no longer be accepting furs and formal wear which includes formal shoes and purses, Skirts and pants (Unless New) and Blazers/Suits.
